DETAILS of how to join:

1. Please send up to 20 good quality j-peg images, no less than 300 dpi., by e-mail or on a disc. These are for your personal page, and one for the subject page (eg. Painting, sculpture or photography). If your work does not fit under an existing heading, a more suitable heading can be created (such as mixed media, craft, jewelry etc.). Please state the heading you wish to be under and which image you want as your main lead in. Titles, medium and price can be placed under the images on your page if required.

2. Send your contact details for my records: name, address, telephone, e-mail. Please state which contact details you wish to appear on your webpage. You can also include any links to your own website and any other websites where your work appears. We would appreciate an exchange link to Warwickshire Artists. See: Link to Warwickshire Artists

3. You may also send a statement and/or CV/biography and an image of yourself.

4. Your exhibitions and news can be featured on the front page free of charge, as are new members.

5. Cost is only £20p per year, payable to Warwickshire Artists and sent to our office at: 20 Culworth Close, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. CV31 3DH. Price includes free updates on your page throughout the year. For extra pages under different headings please add £5 per page.

We send regular information about our artists, their work and where they are exhibiting to businesses, art collectors, art galleries, and art lovers world wide via the Warwickshire Artist's monthly newsletter.

Instructions for your Sales Page (Free to display. 15% taken on sales)

Please send up to 16 good quality j-peg images, no less than 300 dpi., by E-mail or on a disc to: Warwickshire Artists, 20 Culworth Close, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. CV31 3DH. I shall accept good quality photographs if this is a problem. These can be the same or different to images on your webpage.

All art must be for sale, of a good quality and condition and available to post immediately. Please inform me at once if they become unavailable for sale. All art is on approval for 7days to the buyer.

Artwork will not be censored unless it is of an obscene or offensive nature. Nudes are acceptable.

Please send details of titles, medium, dimensions in metric, price of each artwork for sale and if unframed, mounted or framed.

Please add separately the cost for postage and packing to the UK. Buyers from outside the UK will contact us for a p&p price to their specific country. Artworks must be well packaged securely and posted as soon as possible. You can choose to post by first or second class. This can be allowed for in your postage price. Please bear in mind that buyers will expect to receive their purchases quickly and most certainly before 28 days.

When the buyer has satisfactorily received their artwork, a cheque for the purchase and post and packing will be sent to you immediately, less 15% for administration and PayPal charges.

Artwork will not appear in alphabetical or any other particular order in the sales room, but purely by our own artistic preference. A link to your profile page will be included by each artwork.
